Terms of Service

Welcome to Postpwn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Postpwn mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Postpwn

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Postpwn. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What Postpwn does — and does not do

Postpwn helps you stay aware of recurring spending. It lets you record subscriptions, set reminders, and decide intentionally about renewals.

Postpwn does not:

Cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Connect to your bank, credit card, or financial accounts.
Provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
Guarantee that you will save money.

Renewals, cancellations, and charges happen between you and the merchant. Postpwn is an awareness tool, not a payment processor.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Postpwn may be offered as a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your App Store or Play account before the renewal date.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Prices may change; we will give notice in advance of any change that affects you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that run it.
Use automated means to access the Service in ways that could harm it or other users.
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter into Postpwn (subscriptions, notes, reminders). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual property

The Postpwn name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms (such as the App Store, Google Play, push notification providers, or cloud hosts). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties.

9. Termination

You may stop using Postpwn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postpwn and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postpwn from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postpwn is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
