Postpwn ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Postpwn mobile app or website (the "Service"), you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide the Service.
- Information you provide. Subscriptions you add, renewal dates, reminders, notes, and preferences. If you create an account, your email address.
- Device and usage data. App version, device model, OS version, language, crash reports, and anonymous diagnostics used to keep the app stable.
- Notifications. If you enable reminders, we send local or push notifications about upcoming renewals. We do not see the content of those notifications.
We do not connect to your bank, credit card, or financial accounts. We do not see your actual charges. Postpwn works from the subscriptions you choose to track.
2. How we use information
- To run the Service — show your subscriptions, send renewal reminders, sync your data across devices if you have an account.
- To improve reliability and fix bugs through anonymized diagnostics.
- To respond to you when you contact support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
3. How we share information
We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, cloud hosting, crash reporting, and push notification delivery. These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account from within the app at any time, which removes your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

California residents have rights under the CCPA. EEA / UK residents have rights under the GDPR. We honor verifiable requests under both.

Postpwn is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.
8. International transfers
Postpwn may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
9. Third-party services
The Service may link to third-party websites or services (for example, the App Store or Google Play). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
