Privacy Policy

Postpwn ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Postpwn mobile app and website (the "Service") collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect as little as possible. The categories below describe everything involved.

• Information you add, stored on your device. The subscriptions you track, renewal dates, reminders, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You do not need to create an account to use Postpwn.
• Advertising and device identifiers. Postpwn is free and supported by ads. Our third-party advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device model, operating system, and ad-interaction data in order to serve and measure ads. See "Advertising" below.
• Notifications. If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications about upcoming renewals. These are generated on your device.
• Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

We do not connect to your bank, credit card, or financial accounts. We do not see your actual charges. Postpwn works only from the subscriptions you choose to track.

2. How we use information

• To run the Service on your device — show your subscriptions, calculate your spending, and send renewal reminders.
• To display advertising that keeps Postpwn free (see "Advertising").
• To respond to you when you contact support.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not build our own advertising profiles about you.

3. Advertising

Postpwn is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising networks — currently Meta Audience Network, and we may use Google AdMob — to display ads within the app.

These partners, and Google as a partner, may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and information about your interaction with ads to serve, personalize, cap, and measure advertising, and to detect invalid activity. This data is collected and processed under the partners' own privacy policies.

Your ad choices. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings — on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads, and on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising. You can review Google's personalized-ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Postpwn is not directed to children, and we configure our ad partners to treat ad requests as non–child-directed.

4. How we share information

Because the subscriptions you track stay on your device, we do not share that information. We share limited information only with the service providers needed to operate the Service — our advertising partners (described above) and the cloud hosting that delivers our service catalog. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.

5. Data retention and deletion

The data you add lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data within Postpwn, or by uninstalling the app — both remove it from your device. We do not retain your subscription data on our servers. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Most of your data is on your device and under your direct control. For anything held by us or our partners, contact us at the address below.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. EEA / UK residents have rights under the GDPR. We honor verifiable requests under both.

7. Children

Postpwn is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.

9. International transfers

Our service providers and advertising partners may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used for international transfers.

10. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (for example, the App Store or Google Play). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
